SMART AGRICULTURE LLC REFUND POLICY
SMART AGRICULTURE LLC DOES NOT COLLECT ANY PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMERS PRIOR TO INFORMING THEM OF THE SCHEDULE AND THE TOTAL SHIPPING COST, WHICH INCLUDES ANY AND ALL FEES.
OUR SYSTEM WORKS AS FOLLOWS:
- Upon request, SMART AGRICULTURE LLC (the company) will submit a quote, schedule and total shipping cost to the client.
- The client confirms his / her intention to proceed with the booking by submitting the online booking form, which contains collection and delivery information and pays the deposit.
- Upon payment of the deposit, SMART AGRICULTURE LLC will submit a confirmation via email containing all relevant booking information, including the estimated delivery date.
Should you wish to cancel the service after paying the deposit, but prior to the collection of your vehicle, the deposit will not be refunded.
If, for any reason beyond their control, the carrier is unable to collect your car on the estimated collection date, SMART AGRICULTURE LLC will arrange for another carrier to collect your car within 48 hours. If we are unable to secure a different carrier within 48 hours, we will refund your full deposit.
Please note that the estimated delivery date is approximate and not guaranteed. Refunds are not available for delayed deliveries.
